Shipping policy
Grivelo is a dropshipping online retailer partnered with Shopify and many online retailers to bring you great products. We will work to provide free shipping to customers with final delivery addresses in the Continental US (CONUS). However, some delivery addresses may incur some cost (not limited to but i.e. Outside Continental US - OCONUS). If any, shipping costs will show at checkout. Some retailers may not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order. Also, keep in mind that recent tarrifs may impact shipping costs.
Some areas in the United States may experience challenges completing orders and may receive a message during checkout that products cannot be delivered to the address provided. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 to let you know about the status of the order. Most of our items are managed throught dropshipping suppliers from around the world. Orders may take days or weeks before the reach their final destination.
Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours using different shipping providers (i.e. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days). At this time we are not shipping outside of the United States. Some regions within the United States may encounter issues with certain address. Make sure you are entering your address correctly. Some retailers may not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.
Although we work to offer free shipping, there may some fees for delivery in certains areas of United States including its territories. Please let us know immediately if you encounter any issues during checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this time we are offering limited international shipping and selling to US (CONUS and OCONUS). Our team is working to provide services worldwide. However, if you are interested in any item and you are an international customer, write us and we may be able to share shipping rates to you.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Grivelo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
A shipment to Puerto Rico and other territories may not need to go through customs because it may be a domestic package. However, you will need a commercial invoice, and if the value of the shipment exceeds $2,500 US you will also need Electronic Export Information.
